On the beautiful cliffs and bordering on the "Portet of Moraira" nature reserve you will find the Palmeras zone, where El Pueblo Montecala and Residencial Palmeras are located. From these there is a combination of sea and mountain views with the gentle whisper of the waves below.

Residencial Palmeras is the same concept designed for Residencial Fresnos, with individual plots, fully garden - developed, and common swimming pool facilities and green zones. The surface area of the plots ranges from 200 to 450m2, including some flat ones and others with a slope, facing the south and south-west, to build individual houses on one or two storeys.
