The Pueblo de la Paz is a set of semi-detached houses, with an archtectural design which reminds one of the typically Mediterranean- style houses, both in their forms and their blue, red and ochre colours.

There are different models and sizes wtth surface areas ranging from 65 to 130m2, including one, two or three bedrooms with one, two or three bathrooms, dining, dining-living room, veranda on the ground floor and terraces or solariums on the top floor, with private garden and car-park in front of the house.
