Set in 5,000m2 of Olive and Almond trees in the middle of the
Javea Valley this ORIGINAL finca covers 245m2 of construction
on two levels.
The
original 66m2 Riu-Rau, which would have been used to protect
the grapes from the damp air, is now used as a comfortable
seating area enjoying the wonderful views back to the Montgo
and is constructed of "Tosca" stone excavated from
the cosatline of Javea near to the Parador Hotel. The front
door off the Riu-Rau leads into the hallway, straight ahead is
the internal courtyard, to the left is the dining room with
stairs leading upto the "Cambra" which is currently
used as the third bedroom. To the right of the entrance hall
is the master bedroom, the shower room and a door leading into
the farmhouse kitchen with breakfast area and access out
to the internal courtyard.
Double doors off the lounge lead out to the Naya, which enjoys the
views of the Olive and Almond trees.
