Alicante / Javea : This spacious, well appointed villa, is situated on a flat plot on the lower part of the Montgo. Entrance is via electric gates, giving access to a gravel parking area and a carport, there is ample room to park some five cars. Access to the villa is via a short flight of steps to the front door which leads into the glazed naya. From the naya there are very pleasant views over the pool area and the mature garden with many exotic plants and palms. From the naya double wooden doors lead into the dining area on the right, and on the left, through a Tosca arch is the lounge area with chimney. There is a passageway from the dining area leading to the master bedroom with ‘Romeo and Juliet’ balcony and an en-suite shower room. Also on this floor is a guest double bedroom and a guest bathroom suite. Opposite the main entrance there is a hallway leading to the modern kitchen with a delightful breakfast room. From this hallway there are stairs leading up to a bedroom / study. There are also stairs leading down from the hallway to the lower suite of rooms. Here there is a lounge with a wood burner stove, pool table and access to the swimming pool terrace.

There is a doorway from lounge area leading into a kitchenette, and on the right there is a passageway leading to a shower, toilet and two double bedrooms.
